CSEBO offices are now open following closure due to COVID-19. As the situation and recommendations are changing daily, our response will evolve. If you need assistance, we encourage you to reach out to the appropriate CSEBO staff via email or the main line. As a reminder, regular office hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Kaiser Permanente Members: Kaiser is gradually reopening some medical offices that were temporarily closed due to the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic. They have additional safety measures in place to protect your health, and they're thoroughly cleaning their facilities throughout the day.
While the local medical offices (Camarillo Medical Office and the Thousand Oaks Vision Essentials Office) still remain closed, members can still get the care they need from the comfort of their home with e-visits, phone or video visits, and more. Emergency departments remain open for those with serious conditions who need immediate medical attention. For details on how to get care that’s right for you, visit kp.org/getcare, use our mobile app, or call (833) 574-2273 (TTY 711).
If members have a prescription waiting to be picked up at one of the closed locations, they can get your prescription filled at any Kaiser Permanente pharmacy. For mail-order pharmacy, they can use the mobile app, visit kp.org/pharmacy, or call (866) 206-2982.
Anthem Blue Cross Members: CSEBO's Anthem pharmacy benefits will be powered by IngenioRx beginning July 1, 2019. When you fill prescriptions at the pharmacy counter, make sure you use the most recent Anthem ID card information on file.
Aren't sure if you are using the most recent card? Check the issue date on the back corner. As long as your issue date is September 2018 or later, you have your most recent card. You can always download a digital copy of your ID Card straight at www.anthem.com, or on the Anthem Anywhere mobile app. You may also request a hard copy online, or by calling Member Services.
