8/14/2018 Update: Anthem Blue Cross and Dignity Health have successfully renewed the Commercial Hospital Agreement and CaliforniaCare HMO Agreement with Dignity Health. The multi-year agreement is effective July 15, 2018. All Dignity Health Commercial Hospitals are considered participating, or in-network.

Free emotional support is available for all Ventura County residents affected by the Thomas Fire and subsequent mudslides. Call 866-342-6892. This number will be open 24 hours a day for as long as necessary. This help line provides all those affected access to specially trained Optum mental health specialists.

CSEBO members who need assistance with substance abuse or mental illness, workplace conflicts, child or elder care can call CSEBO's direct line to care at 888-444-8624.

Use the access code CSEBO and receive immediate assistance at no cost for referrals or seeing a clinician within the Optum network. If you'd like to speak with an expert for financial or legal assistance, there's no cost for the initial consultation. Subsequent legal assistance will be available at a 25% discount.

The Board meets every other month to approve expenditures, premiums and plan offerings, and receive information regarding the general operations of CSEBO.

CSEBO offers self-insured programs in Medical, Dental and Vision benefits to Ventura County school employees for six school districts, including the County Office of Education and the Community College District. We are an organization that makes affordable health care coverage for Ventura County schools its primary goal.

CSEBO provides a self-funded medical program to its Member school districts' employees. Claims are administered by Anthem Blue Cross or Kaiser Permanente. A self-funded Vision program is also offered, administered through VSP and dental insurance is provided through Delta Dental.
