Elizabeth has been the Executive Director since 2011. She has over 20 years' experience as an insurance broker, risk management consultant, and JPA/Risk Pool Program manager for CA school districts and government agencies.

Kristen began working for VCSSFA in May 2018. She is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and spent five years as the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services at Rio School District. Prior to that, she was the Director of Accounting at Las Virgenes Unified School District.

Trever started as the Accounting Assistant for CSEBO in 2014 and moved into the Health Benefits Manager position in 2016. He is a graduate of CSU Northridge.

Amanda started with CSEBO as the Office Assistant in 2018 and moved into the Health Benefits Specialist position in 2023. She has over 15 years of experience in office administration.
